How do I choose which picture to send?

The best photo references you can submit are high-resolution, well lit, and the best showcase of your animal's personality. If you don't have the best quality photos, we can work with what you have, however the more detail that's shown in the photo, the more we can put into the piece.

How many pictures should I send?

Accepted Answer

Up to you! If you have one image specifically you would like us to work from, that's great! But additional reference images are always appreciated to capture a good likeness!

Question 3

How long do portraits take to create?

Accepted Answer

Standard pieces* will take 2-3 weeks to complete and ship after completing your order. After you submit your initial request, we will get back to you within 48 hours to discuss details and finalize the order. We will update you with progress as your piece is being created.
 
If you have a tight deadline, please communicate so, and allow enough time for your piece to be created to its highest quality.
 
*Large scale comissions will take longer than 2-3 weeks depending on sizing and content.

How does shipping work?

Portraits will be sent out from Greenville, SC, to anywhere in the US. Shipping costs will be added in your comission pricing. If you are local, and would prefer in-person delivery, we can arrange for that at your request! Paintings and drawings will be wrapped in protective wrap, reinforced with supportive cardboard, and placed in special art boxes for safety during delivery.

Do you only create pieces of dogs and cats?

Accepted Answer

Nope! We can create portraits for you regardless of what type of animal you have. We can also create portraits of people--send us an email if you have any specific questions!

What payment methods do you take?

You may pay us through Venmo, Zelle, Paypal, or a mailed check.
