On completion of your commission order, you will be sent a verification email. Whisker Sketch will ship the artwork to you within 21-30 days of the order being placed. When your artwork has been shipped, you will be sent an email notification of shipping that includes the delivery tracking number if applicable.

Payments can be made through payment processors, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal or Cash/Check. Processing of payments is subject to the third party’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You agree to pay Whisker Sketch, through the payment processor, the full amount as charged.

Customer Complaints; If there are any problems or discrepancies with your order, you shall notify me within 5 days of receipt of your delivery via email to whiskersketch@gmail.com.
